Drane Hart Wight March 20, 1937 - October 14, 2010 WARNER ROBINS, GA— Drane 
Hart Wight, 73, of Warner Robins, died Thursday, October 14, following a brief 
illness. Drane, born March 20, 1937, was a native of Buena Vista, Georgia.  . 
Drane is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bill "Buddy" Wight, also a 
native of Buena Vista. She was the mother of Virginia Wight, M.D. (Macon), The 
Reverend Deborah Wight-Knight (Bonaire), and The Reverend Billy Wight (Palm 
Coast, FL). She also cherished her daughter-in-law, Kim Wood Wight (Palm 
Coast), son-in-law, Dr. Grady Knight (Bonaire), and five remarkable 
grandchildren. Other survivors include her siblings, Mariola H. Cosby, married 
to Walter W. Cosby (Katheleen), Ernest D. Hart , married to Evelyn D. Hart 
(Buena Vista). A memorial service officiated by Dr. Jimmy R. Asbell, Jr., will 
be held at First United Methodist, 205 North Davis Drive, on Monday, October 
18, 11:00 AM. Visitation with family and friends will follow immediately. The 
burial of ashes will occur that same day at the Buena Vista Cemetery, 3:00 PM. 
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Methodist Church, 
Warner Robins or to the Buena Vista Cemetery, Inc. The family may be contacted 
at the residence. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements
