Evelyn Webb Wright, 65, of Cusseta, GA, died Thursday evening at her residence.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 12, 2009, at 
Cusseta United Methodist Church. Burial followed at 5pm Saturday afternoon at 
Mt. Pisgah Baptish Church Cemetery in Talking Rock, GA. The family received 
friends at Tante Funeral Home in Buena Vista, GA, on Friday evening from 6-8 
pm.

Mrs. Wright was born May 18, 1944, in Chattahoochee County to Gary Wesley and 
Martha Harris Webb. She was a homemaker and served on the Board of 
Registration in Chattahoochee County. Methodist by faith, she was a member of 
Cusseta United Methodist Church. She had been living in Smyrna and moved back 
to the area in 2000. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 
her husband, Jack Wright, and three brothers, Gary Webb, Jr., Jimmy Webb, and 
Philip Webb.

She is survived by her son, Bryan Thomas Wright, of Kennesaw, GA; three 
brothers, Bobby & Barbara Webb of Columbus, GA, Billy & Bonnie Webb and 
Michael & Becky Webb, all of Cusseta; two sisters, Anne & Harold Murphy of 
Lakeland, FL, and Linda Webb St. John of Cusseta; and three sisters-in-law, 
Gayle Webb of Buena Vista, GA, Nell Garrett of Gainsville, GA, and Sarah Webb 
of Columbus, GA, and two granchildren, Jackson Wright and Abigayle Wright. 
Many beloved nieces and nephews also survive.

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia was in charge of arrangements.
