Columbus- Nellie Grace Wright passed away early Thursday, Jan 26, 2006 at 
Columbus Regional Hospital. She was born daughter of Susie Kate and Homer 
Hudson on Sept 20, 1921 in Chattahoochee County. She was a sister to six 
siblings. Mrs. Wright resided at 64 Pope Lane in Marion County for more than 
20 years. 
She was the wife to the late Homer Wright for 50 years and mother to ten 
children. She survived" Raiford Eugene Wright, Clarence Rudolph Wright, Lizzie 
Elverna Ronsonet, Vivian Irene Wright, infant and Willie Chester Wright, her 
children, her second husband James William Hale; brothers Otis Hudson, Gordon 
Hudson, Junior Hudson, and Richard Hudson.
Mrs. Wright has lived in Marion County most of her life and was a member of 
Oakland Church of God.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today, January 29, 2006, at the chapel at 
Tante Funeral Home, Buena Vista, with the Rev. Ruble Youngblood and the Rev. 
Ralph Price officiating. Burial will be in County Line Cemetery, Marion 
County. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral 
home.
Survivors include: her sons, Paul Wright of Americus, Sam Wright of 
Oglethorpe, and Donnie Wright of Landson, S.C.; daughters Inez Youngblood of 
Juniper and Darlene Fuller of Mauk; brothers, Herman Hudson of Mauk; sister 
Mary Lou Robinson of Mauk; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and five 
great-great- grandchildren.
Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista is in charge of arrangements.
