Miss Sarah Jefferson, the charming daughter of Dr. Wesley Jefferson, of this 
place was on May 21st, quietly married to Mr. Edmonson, of Meigs, Ga., where 
she has been teaching school for some time.  We do not know Mr. Edmonson but we 
congratulate him on winning such a prize.  They have the best wishes of a host 
of friends.

The happy young couple, Mr. and Mrs. Edmondson, are the guests this week of her 
parents, Dr. and Mrs. W. Jefferson.  They arrived from Meigs, Ga. Sunday.  Mr. 
Edmondson called at our office Monday and we found him a pleasant, genial 
gentleman.  We join many relatives and friends in wishing them a pleasant 
life’s journey.
