Married

Last Sunday afternoon at the home of the bride near Glenalta, Mr. G.D. Allen 
and Miss Effie Hollis were married.  Mr. Allen and his bride spent Monday 
night  in Buena Vista and went down to LaCrosse Tuesday morning where they will 
board at the home of Mr. H.H. Singletary.  Mr. Allen is the surveyor who is 
looking after the grading work done on that end of the road.  The Patriot 
extends its congratulations and wises for them a long and happy life.
