Arthur – McLaughlin

Married Wednesday morning at the bride’s parents, Dr. and Mrs. L.F. McLaughlin, 
near Box Springs, by Rev. A.L. Moncrief, Mr. Fred B. Arthur and Miss Leila 
McLaughlin.

The groom is one of the prosperous young merchants of Shellman and the bride is 
one of the most popular and accomplished young ladies of Marion County.

The Patriot extends its congratulations to the happy pair and wishes for them 
much happiness.

Transcribers Note: Leila McLaughlin was a daughter of Dr. Leander 
Francis "Frank" McLaughlin and Mary C. Baker.  I would like to correspond with 
anyone researching the McLaughlin family as Dr. Frank McLaughlin was a brother 
of my great-great-great grandmother, Susannah McLaughlin Fielder.
