Rogers – Glaze

Married yesterday morning at 9 o’clock at the home of Mr. T.E. Chapman, Mr. 
T.L. Rogers, Sr., and Mrs. Martha J. Glaze.  The ceremony was performed by Rev. 
R.L. Wiggins.  The groom is about 70 and the bride is about 60 years of age.  
Mr. Rogers is one of the most honorable and upright Christian men in the 
county, while his wife is a good Christian woman who will make him a helpmeet 
indeed.  The Patriot congratulates them and hopes their declining years may be 
all sunshine and their pathway strewn with roses.
