To any ordained Minister of the Gospel, Judge, Justice of the Inferior Court or Justice of the Peace

You are hereby authorised to join Benjamin Watson and Francis Rebecca Taunton in the holy state of Matrimony according to the Constition and Laws of this State and for which this shall be your sufficient license.
