Will of Frances Stevens

In the name of God Amen

I Frances M. A. Stevens of said state and county being of
advanced age but of sound and disposing mind and memory
knowing that I must shortly depart this life deem it
right and proper both for respect for my family and
myself that I should make a distribution of the property
which a kind providence has blessed me with.I do
therefore make this my last will and testament hereby
annulling all others by me heretofore made.

Item 1 Last I desire and direct that my body in a decent
and Christian like manner be buried at the family burying
ground at Rohmar Church in Buena Vista Georgia suitable
to conditions and circumstances in life, my soul and
trust shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope
for resolution through the ministry and atonement of the
blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Item 2 I desire and direct that all of my just debts be
paid without delay by my executor herein after named and
appointed.

Item 3 I desire a fence placed around the graves of
myself, husband, two children and their four children

Item 4 I will and bequeath my hotel property in Buena
Vista Marion County Georgia to my two grand daughters
Mary Lucia and Nannie Clare Hollis.

Item 5 I desire that my executor rent my hotel property
from year to year and apply the rent to the education and
support of Mary Lucia and Nannie Clare Hollis.

Item sixth Should the executor consider it best to sell
the Hotel Lot at any time it is my desire that he do it
and receive the proceeds for Mary Lucia and Nannie Clara
Hollis

Seventh If there is any of said estate left when they
become of age I desire and direct that it be equally
divided between Mary Lucia and Nannie Clare Hollis

Eighth I have made this my last will without influence by
any one and have thus bequeathed my estate to Mary Lucia
and Nannie Clare because I consider them the most
helpless of any of my grandchildren.

I hereby constitute and appoint Howell T. Hollis Executor
of this my last Will and Testament

Signed, sealed declared and published by Francis M. A.
Stevens as her Last Will and testament i the presence of
us the undersigned who subscribed our hand in the
presence of said testator at her request and in the
presence of each other this May 2 1892
