In the name of God, Amen. I Andrew F.Benson of said county and being in a very infirm state of health and sensible of my liability to sudden death, but of sound and disposing mind and memory, deem it right and proper both as suspects my family and myself that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has bleped me. I do therefore make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all others by me here to fore made. 1st. I desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. My soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope for salvation through the (merits? and atonement of the bleped Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 2ndly. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid as early as practicable by my executors business after (married?) and appointed. 3rd. I give bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Ann E. lot of Land containing one hundred(177 1/2)and seventy seven acres more or less being a part of Lot Number (9) in the fourth district of originally Muscogee now Marion county with all the rights numbers and approved tenances to said Lot of land in anywise belonging free from all charge and limitation whatever. To her own proper use benfit and behoof forever with full power to dispose of the same by will or otherwise as she may deem proper. I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife in the same unsiserved? manner the farming utensils used on and belonging to the farm on said Lot of Land-- and all the mules-cattle-Hogs-and all my household and kitchen furniture--Buggies and wagons all without limitation or reserve. 4th It is my will and I desire and direct that my beloved wife Ann E. have the above numered property to hold and use as above specified until the youngest child becomes of age--and then all the property be Equally distributed among all my house 5th. I hereby constitute and appoint by beloved wife Ann E.
