Will Book A, Page 341 Written: January 11 1905 Recorded: October 2 1905 Marion County, Ga. Will Book A Page 341 Will of W.J. Reese Buena Vista, Ga. January 11th 1905 In the name of God, Amen. I, W.J. Reese, being of sound mind do dispose of my small Estate in the following manner. Item 1st I give my son Mack the amount he is indebted to me. Item 2nd I give my son Emmett, the mule that Dr. Walton has rented, also the rent note, I also give him half of the amount of a note I hold against my son Benjamin amount of note $200.00 Item 3rd I give to my son Otis, the amount he is indebted to me, amount $250.00 Item 4th I give to my son George the amount he owes me which is $300.00 Item 5th I give my daughters Mollie and Lilla my farm near Hollis Mill together with mule and wagon and such other things as belong to me on the place, to share and share alike. Item 6th I give to Benjamin, my son, half the amount of the note I hold against him, amount $200.00, also all my bedroom furniture, also what J.J. Dunham owes me, W.B. Shot has the note. Item 7th I give to my grandson, William James, my watch and chain. Item 8th I appoint my son Emmett as Executor to this paper. W.J. Reese (L.S.) B.T. Peacock, (L.S.) Sam T. Wilson (L.S.) I.W. Jordan (L.S.) Georgia Marion County: B.T. Peacock and S.T. Wilson do swear that they as well as I.W. Jordan saw the within named W.J. Reese sign and publish the within attached paper as his last will and testament; that we subscribed the same as witnesses thereto at the special instance and request of the said W.J. Reese and in his presence, as did also I.W. Jordan in the presence of the testator and of each other; that the said W.J. Reese signed the same freely and voluntarily, and was at the time of signing, of sound and disposing mind and memory. Sam T. Wilson B.T.
