I do therefore, make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made First, I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and christian like manner. Suitable to my circumstances and condition in life My Soul, I trust, Shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope for Salvation through the merits and atonement of the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Secondly: I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors hereinafter named and appointed. Thirdly: I give, bequeath and devise to my Son Cuba Clifford Ivey, a lot of land on the north Side of a line Running west from a post Oak at Mr. Ben Wallers land which is about nine chains north from the corner at the graveyard to a corner at B.F. Thompsons land. five chains South of the whetstone branch, Containing one hundred and five acres, more or less. bounded on the north & west by B.J. Wallers B.F. Thompson. east by B.J. Waller. Fourthly: I give & devise to my daughter Dora Annie Ivey my home place which is about One hundred and five acres, more or less. lying between the line above mentioned and the public road leading to Holders mill. The horse lot & Stables are included, bounded on the east by B.J. Waller and West by Mrs. Mary Johnson. Fifthly: I give, bequeath and devise to my Son. Ibelle Ivey all the land except the horse lot on the South Side of the public road within mentioned, containing One hundred and five acres, more or less. bounded on the east by G.W. Granade. South by Ray & Stone & West by Mrs. F.C. Roberts. 6thly. It is my Will that my wife Barbara Shall have full controll of all the said land during her natural life for a home and Support. 7thly. It is my will that all my perishable property be sold if my Executors think best. 8thly: I leave my house and lot in Mesena Ga. now occupied by Mrs. H.E. Hester. to be disposed of in any way that my Executors think best. Ninthly; I herby constitute & appoint my Sons. Cuba C. & Ibelle Ivey Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
