Georgia-McIntosh County

To the Honorable C.H. Hopkins ordinary of McIntosh County

The petition of Moses Young a citizen of the County and State
aforesaid and one of the next of kin to Moses Young Senior late
of the said County deceased shows that said deceased departed
this life a number of years ago and as petitioner he believes
leaving an estate which consist of land and personal effects
and which is now unrepresented as the law directs and that it
is necessary for the presentation of said property that an
administrator be appointed to collect and take care of the
effects of the said deceased. Wherefore petitioner prays an
order appointing him permanent administrator of the estate of
said deceased.
