The Honorable the Inferior Court of said County met
for ordinary purposes according to adjournment.
Present W.B. Ector, James Render, Willis Jones, and
Samuel K. Gates Justices this 2nd day of March 1840:


Ordered that the following returns be allowed and
admitted by the court to wit:


The return of John B. Boyd Admr of the Est of John Boyd decd
The return of Archibald Caldwell Adm of the Est of John Moffett decd
The return of Richard Mills Guardian of Benjamin F. Godwin
The return of Hollon Knight guardian of the minor children of John Knight decd
The return of Daniel Grant admr of the Est. of Robt. Grant decd
The return of John B. Boyd as guardian of his own children
The return of Charles L. Dupree guardian of the orphans of John Dupree
The return of Abner Glanton Admr of the Est. of John Glanton decd
The return of Simon Pettet guardian of Willis Jones
And the Action of Baker Mann Admr of the Est. of Richard M. Gilbert decd
And that the said Returns be placed upon the record.
