Ordered by the Court that Richard Mills Guardian for
Benjamin F. Godwin, minor have leave to proceed to Sell,
a Negro Girl by the name of Mary in terms of the law, as
the property of the Said Benjamin Godwin Minor aforesaid.


Ordered by the Court that James Heard be and Is Surely
appointed Guardian for Dorcas Walton a free woman of
Colour.  Said Dorcas possessiong no property.


The last Will and Testament of Hiram Spire having proven
in open Court upon the oaths of James Sean, Edward T.
Blair & David H. Terrell.  Ordered that the Same be
admitted to record.


Tempsey Bird & James M. Bird nominate Executrix &
Executor of the last will & Testament of Harmon Bird Decd
being duly Sworn as Executris & Executor as named in Said
Will in Open Court.  Ordered that they be appointed
Executor & Executrix as named in Said Will and that
letters Testmentory do issue to them in Such

Ordered that to and they are hereby appointed appraisors
of the Estate of Herman Bird Deceased.

Ordered that Levi M. Adams Administrator of the Estate of
George H. Griffin Des have leave to make his return on
dec'd late at the first Monday in May next and that he be
considered not in defualt by his not making said return
at this Court this 7th March 1842.


Ordered by the Court that Abner Burns Guard for the
Minors & Children of William Hudspeth be authorized and
impowdered to layout & invest his Wards money.  Seven
hundred and ninety four dollars & twenty five cents in
the purchase of four negroes for the benefit of said
Minors, which negroes are John a boy Phillis a Girl  Judy
a Girl & Lucy a Girl it being adjuedged by the said to be
for the interest of Said Minors.
