Minute Book 2 1846-1855

Whereas Harper H. Dollar of said county having made application in due form of 
law for letters of Administration upon the Estate of Joseph Dollar late of said 
county  deceased and the said Joseph Dollar having taken the oath as required by 
law and entered into Bond sic the sum of three thousand dollars with Simeon 
Peteet of said County as his Security on said Bond.
    Therefor    that letters of Administration due issue to the said Joseph H. 
Dollar and that his name be entered upon the docket of this Court as such 
Administrator

Additional Comments:
apparently this was entered incorrectly since Harper H. Dollar was the name of 
the person making application for letters of Administration. The name of the 
deceased was Joseph Dollar. Harper H. Dollar would have been the one taking 
oath. 

Joseph Dollar had died in 1833. His wife Hannah died in 1853. The administration 
of the estate for Joseph Dollar was after the death of his wife, Hannah.
