	Guardianship Bond

	Whereas John C. Howard has made application for the guardianship of 
the property of Wiley J. Howard, orphan of Samuel Howard, and whereas the said 
John C., having taken the Oath required by law, and having -- with bond in the 
sum of five hundred dollars with Charner W. Crosson and Alfred Finley, as his 
security in said bond.  This is therefore ordered that letter of Guardianship 
do -- to him the said John C. Howard.

............Presents that we, John C. Howard, Charner W. Crosson, Alfred 
Finley are held and finally _______     __________ the Justices of the 
__________ Court setting as a loan in the just sum of five hundred dollars 
payable by the said John C., Charner W., and Alfred or other of their heirs 
executory Administrators, or a _______    _________ and _______ to be void or 
loan/lien ____ that if the said John C. Howard shall do and perform his duties 
of Guardianship for the _____ and property of Wiley J. Howard, orphan of 
Samuel Howard as the law requires of him.  Otherwise to remain in ____ penny 
and virtue.
