Meriwether County ) This Indenture made & entered into this twelth day of March
eighteen hundred & fifty six between J D Dunn of the County & State aforesaid &
William W Beauchamp of the County & State aforesaid Witnesseth that for and in
consideration of the sum of five hundred Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby granted bargained & sold & doth by these presents grant
bargain & sell unto the said William W Beauchamp his heirs assigns &
administrators a certain house & lot in the town of Woodbury containing one &
one fourth acres hereunto as follows, on the south by a lot owned by Allen Bunn,
hundred on the west by a lot owned & now occupied by H H Lammer on the north by
a lot belonging to Wm A Roper on the on the east by original lot from which it
was taken it being lot no. sixty eight (68) in the ninth district of originally
Troup now Meriwether County To have & to hold said lot together with all the
rights & encumbers & appurtenances.

In witness whereof the said J D Dunn hath hereunto set his hand & affixed his
seal the day & year above written

Additional Comments:
I am posting three deeds between John D Dunn and William W Beauchamp. They are
numbered 688, 689 and 690. They all involve Lot 68 of the ninth District, each
was written on 12 March 1856 and recorded on 25 Oct 1856. John D Dunn and
William W Beauchamp were co-owners of the Dunn & Beauchamp Grocery in the town
of Woodbury
