Meriwether County ) This indenture made this 12th  day of March in the year of
our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and fifty six between John D Dunn of the one
part & William W Beauchamp of the other part all of the County & State aforesaid
Witnesseth that the  John D Dunn for & in consideration of the sum of $500.00
five hundred Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold & conveyed & by these presents grant
bargain sell & convey unto the said William W Beauchamp his heirs administrators
executors & assigns a lot or parcel of land Situate lying & being in the (9)
ninth district of originally Troup now Meriwether County containing (96) ninty
six feet in part & running east (40) forty feet known as the Shor Shop lot in
the Town of Woodbury it being part  of  lot number Sixty Eight (68). To have and
to hold said lot or parcel of land to him the said  William W Beauchamp his
heirs and assigns together with all & singular the rights encumbers &
appurtenances thereof or the Same in any manner belonging to and for their  own
proper use benefit & whereof found in fee Simple and the said John D Dunn for
himself his heirs administrators executors assigns unto the said W W Beauchamp
his heirs administrators Executors & assigns the said  bargained premises will
forever warrant & defend the rights & all charges against the claim of
themselves & all other persons whatever. In witness whereof the said John D Dunn
hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal  the day and year above written.

Additional Comments:
I am posting three deeds between John D Dunn and William W Beauchamp. They are
numbered 688, 689 and 690. They all involve Lot 68 of the ninth District, each
was written on 12 March 1856 and recorded on 25 Oct 1856. John D Dunn and
William W Beauchamp were co-owners of the Dunn & Beauchamp Grocery in the town
of Woodbury
