 Georgia Meriwether County.

Personally before me comes T. B. Rowe of said State and
County - who on oath says that he knows Mrs. Elizabeth
Boyd of Ware County, Georgia and that he has known her
for fifty years and lived near her in Jan. 1873.

Depossent says that he knows that she was married to
William Boyd in Meriwether Co. Ga. in Jan 1873 and that
she lived with him as his wife until he died in 1891, and
that she is now a widow.  T. R. Rowe

I know of no one now living by whom to swear my husbands services in the
Confederate States Army.
