JONES CLOSES CITY COURT. Greenville, Ga., August 3- The death of Col. J. A. Jones last week caused an adjournment of the city court of Greenville. Colonel Jones was interested in most of the cases on the docket and Judge Revill ordered an adjournment for the term. Colonel Jones is a brother of Judge W. R. Jones, of this city, and one of the most prominent lawyers in this section of the state. He was sick only one day and his death was a great shock to the county. He was held in high esteem in Meriwether and his death is the occasion of a great loss to this county.
