WOMAN ARRESTED NEAR TOWN IN MURDER CASE

A white woman, Evie Kittle, was brought to the office of the solicitor 
Tuesday morning, having been arrested several miles from town in connection 
with a murder case and was carried to jail in Meriwether County, Georgia. 
She was present at the killing near Hogansville on Monday afternoon of J.H. 
"Will" Kittle. She claims that Ellis Holloway did the killing. He escaped. 
All are known in this section. It is said that whiskey played a part in the 
tragedy.
