NEWSPAPER Issue of Friday, December 4, 1908

The sad news of the death of Mr. Zeke Owens of Oakland reached us yesterday 
morning. Mr. Owens was recently bitten by a mad dog and before death he 
suffered agonies from a violent case of rabies. The Meriwether Vindicator, 
the 4th inst.
