Miss Baughn Weds Hardy Nixon

Gay, Ga., November 11 -- A wedding of interest was that of Miss Annie Vessie 
Baughn, of Gay, and Hardy W. Nixon, of Haralson, which was solemnized at the 
bride's home at 4:30 o'clock November 5, in the presence of the immediate 
relatives and a few friends.

The ceremony was performed by Rev. H. G. Harrand, of Alvaton.

The bride wore a becoming gown of silver lace over pink satin with accessories 
to match.  The home was beautifully decorated with white and lavender 
chrysanthemums and growing plants.

The bride is one of Gay's most accomplished young women, and poplular with a 
large circle of friends.  The groom is one of our most prominent citizens.
