Item 1st I give bequeath and devise to my daugher, Frances M. Caldwell, the following property, to wit: One Cow, three hogs, One bed and the bedding for the same. Fifty [50] dollars in money, free from all charges and limitations whatsoever, to her own propert use benefit and behoof. Item 2nd I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Rebecca C. Caldwell, one bed and bedding for the same. One Cow, three hogs, anc the family organ, free from all aharges and limitations whatever, to her own proper use benefit and behoof. Item 3rd I give bequeath and devise to my son John W. Caldwell One cow. three hogs and one bed and bedding for the same. One hundred & fifty [150] dollars in money. free from all charges and limitations whatever to his own proper use benefit and behoof. Item 5th [4th is not listed] I give and bequeath to my daughters Frances W. and Rebecca C. Caldwell one years support. free from all charges and limitations whatever. to their own proper use benefit and behoof. Item 6th. I give, bequeath and devise to my daughter Mary W. Callahan One hundred [100] dollars in money. free from all charges or limitations whatever to her own proper use benefit and behoof. Item 7th After all my debts are paid the balance of my property to be sold and dqually divided between my children. namely -- Frances W. Caldwell, Elizabeth B. Hood, Mary W. Callahan, William D. Caldwell, John W. Caldwell, and Rebecca C. Caldwell. Item 8th. I hereby constitute my sons William D. Caldwell and John W. Caldwell and appoint them Executors of this my last Will and Testament. This the 12th day of February 1894.
