Dunn of said State & County being of sound and disposing mind and memory knowing that I must shortly depart this life, deem it right and proper that I should make a disposition of the property which a kind Providence has blessed me with. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner suitable to my condition and circumstances in life. Item 2nd. I desire and direct that all my debts be paid without unnecessary delay by my executors hereinafter named and appointed. Item 3rd. I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, Avil Estel Dunn, my gold watch and chain and a certain mule name Clint. Item 4th. I give and bequeath to my grandson, Arthur D. Item 5th. Item 6th. I give and bequeath to my son, John D. Dunn, the remainder of my estate both real and personal of every kind, character and wherever it may be found, for and during his life and the remainder to his children if any he may have at that time and if any of his children are leaving child or children, then such child or children should take in lieu of their father or mother as the case may be, and if said John D.
