Second, I wish and deisre that all my debts be paid out of my estate. Third, I wish and desire after my death that all my estate both real and personal be sold on a twelve month credit. Fourth, I wish and desire that my daughter Rebecca Heltin ( ??) have an equal share of my estate the same to be paid out to Isaac Thrash who I appoint as trustee in this gift for my daughter Rebecca. Fifth, I will and desire that my grandchildren the children of my daughter Elizabeth dec'd as follows: Seth Williams, Robin Williams, James N. Williams and Polly Jones have an equal share with my children, that is one share of my estate to be divided between them as follows: One half of said share to James N. Williams and the other half of the share to be equally divided between Seth Williams, Robin Williams and Polly Jones, my deceased daughter's children as aforesaid. Sixth, I will and desire that my daughter Zilly Jackson have an equal share of my estate after deducting the sum of Two Hundred Dollars from her part as I have given her that sum heretofore. Seventh, I will and desire that my daughter Polly Sepins ? have an equal share of my estate after deducting from her part the sum of two hundred dollars being the amount I have heretofore given her. Eighth, I will and give to my daughter Nancy Thrash one equal share of my estate. Ninth, I will and desire that Joseph, Polly and Charity Richards, children of my daughter Patsey Richards have equally one share of my estate, that is one share to be equally divided between them. Tenth, I will and give to my grandchildren, John, Seth, Appleton, Shadrack, Patty, Nancy and Amelia Thompson, children of my son Isaac Thompson have one share of my estate to be equally divided between them. Lastly, My wish and desire is that my friend Isaac Thrash and Levi M. Adams act as my Executors and do hereby appoint them my Exuectors of this my Last Will and Testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 7th day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty.
