I make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all others made by me. 1st Item. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors hereinafter appointed. 2nd Item. I give and bequeath to my son Robert L. Dunlap sixteen negroes to with: George, Jake, Tom, Israel, Edmond, Gloss, Bill, Guss and Iris wife wife, Caro, Sim and their five children and their increase and all the body of land whereon I reside viz: Lots of land No. 145, 146, 147, 126 and parts of Nos. 127 and 112 in the third district of formerly Troup now Meriwether County containing nearly one thousand acres. Also, my buggy and harness, my gold watch, and it's appertenances. Also the best horse or mule as he may choose. 3rd Item. I give and bequeath to the children of my daughter Mary Trammell deceased, thirteen negroes, viz: Emily and her three children, Margaret and her one child Little Sam, Big Sam, Barney, Enoch, Big Edy?, Peggy and Isaac and their increase. 4th Item. I give and bequeath to each one of my granddaughters a bedstead, bed and furniture and to each one of my grandsons except Joseph, Robert and Randolph Trammell, one hundred dollars. Also my neice Louiza Dunlap one hundred dollars. Also each of my granddaughters one hundred sollars. 5th Item. I give and bequeath to my son in law Elisha Trammell one hundred dollars. 6th Item. All my household furniture not already willed I desire to be equally divided between my son Robert L. Dunlap and my grandchildren by Mary Trammell. 7th Item. All the rest of my property of every description both real and personal may be sold by my Executors and the money arising therefrom and the notes, accounts and the cash not otherwise disposed of be equally divided between my son Robert L. Dunlap and my grandchildren by my daughter Mary Trammell, viz, my son one half and the other half equally among my daughter's children with exception of my gins and thrashers which is to go exclusively to my son Robert L. Dunlap. 8th Item. I desere the property herein given in Item 3rd and that portion given in Item 7th to my grandchildren by my daughter remain in the hands of my Executors until William H. Trammel arrives at legal age and then my Executors may have the negroes valued by three or five men whom they may choose or sllect and my Executor may divide them among said children making them equal out of the funds in their hands. The negroes may be hired out privately for the benefit of my said grandchildren. Item 9th. I hereby constitute and appoint my son Robert L. Dunlap and my worthy friend Henry E. Mops? Executors to this my Last Will and Testament with full powr to execute and carry out all the provisions and divisions thereof without the Court of Ordinary or any other Court having anything to do with it. Signed, sealed, published and declared by Joseph Dunlap as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribing witnesses who subscribed the same in the presence of the Testator. Leslie and Warren A. Ware, two of the subscribing witnesses to said Will. Ordered that the same be admitted to Record. Davis C.
