ESTATE OF BYRD LOVETT 


Georgia 
	Meriwether County 
This Indenture made this tenth day of December 1904
between J.F. Lovett* of the County of Meriwether and
State of Georgia of the first part and B.B. Lovett of the
same place of the other part witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars cash in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged and in pursuance and execution of
an agreement entered into by and between the Legatees
under the Will of Byrd Lovett their Father to divide the
lands devised and bequeathed by said Will to Amanda M.
Lovett their Mother now deceased equally amongst his
children have bargained and sold and by these present
remise release relinquish and forever Quit Claim to the
said B.B. Lovett his heirs and assigns all the right
title and interest claim on demand the said party of the
first part have or may have had in and to 47 Acres of
land as part so devised and bequeathed as part to their
Mother aforesaid in the Lower 9th Dist of saidCounty of
Meriwether. Said parcel of land being bounded as follows
to wit: on the North "by lands of W. H. Betts, East by
Lands of R.S. Bowden and J.W. Seay.  West by Lands of
Lynda Carey and J.F. Lovett with all the rights numbers
and appurtenances to said parcel of Land anywise
appertaining or belonging.  

To have and to hold the said 47 Forty Seven Acres of Land
to the said B.B. Lovett his heirs and assigns so that
neither the said J.F. Lovett nor his heirs nor the heirs
of any of them nor any other person or persons claiming
under them or either of them shall at any time hereafter
by right title or interest in or to the aforesaid parcel
of land or its appurtenances or any part thereof.of. 

In testimony whereof the said J.F. Lovett has hereto set
his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above
written. Interlineations made before signing.
