From: Helen Pate Ross Georgia                      /  Whereas I BARTHOLOMEW Meriwether County   /  TAYLOR being much afflicted and very low & do not expect to live long, but find myself in sound mind & memory I think proper to make this my last Will & Testament. 1st: After all my just debts is paid, I give and bequeath unto my wife, NANCY TAYLOR all my real and personal property during her natural life or widowhood, & if she dies or marries, then I wish all the property both real & personal sold and equally divided between my children 1 Mary 2nd ELIZABETH 3rd JOSEPH TARPLY JOHN THOMAS LOUSENDY  LYDIA SARAH NANCY WESLEY & my wish is the part or portion that falls to my daughter MARY FARROW should belong to the lawful heirs of her body.  I also give & bequeath unto FRANKLIN  FARROW one dollars.
