Georgia Died December 07 1907 in Cub Creek Cemetery Nashville Davidson County Tenn. Dozier Adkinson Cemetery Barfield William Dallas - was born March 25, 1844 in GA, and died August 19, 1911 in Nashville, TN. He married JOSEPHINE FUQUA November 25, 1869 in Nashville, Tennessee, daughter of JESSE FUQUA and MARTHA WHITWORTH. She was born April 07, 1853 in TN, and died February 15, 1910 in Nashville, TN. Timothy and William were both in the Civil War. William was taken prisoner somewhere in the Nashville area. Evidently he was too sick or weak to make the trip back to Marietta. The entire family moved to Tennessee to be with him. When Timothy returned to Marietta after the War and was informed that his family had gone to Tennessee, he walked all the way there. Rhoda Barfield was Timothy's wife. William and Timothy remained in Tennessee and both of them had several children each. I don't know what happened to their brother Henry Barfield, but I think he ended up in Alabama.
