[missing title] MILITARY. 1832 Vol. 1 -- Page: 137 Sequential Number: 091 Full Title: AN ACT to lay out a new Division of Georgia Militia out of the second Brigade of the ninth Division. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and after the passage of this act, the counties of Harris, Talbot, Muscogee, Stewart, Randolph, Lee, Sumter, Marion, Early and Baker form a new Division of Georgia Militía, to be called the tenth Division. Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the counties of Harris, Muscogee, Stewart, Randolph and Early form the first brigade of the tenth division. Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That the counties of Talbot, Marion, Sumter, Lee and Baker form the second brigade of the tenth division. Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That all laws and parts of laws militating against this act be, and the same are hereby repealed. ASBURY HULL, Speaker of the House of Representatives.
