Mr. Cloud was born in Florida on May 5, 1909, and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Noah Cloud. He was a member of the Milford Methodist Church and was a retired farmer. Funeral services was held Wednesday afternoon, March 13, 1985, at the Bethany Baptist Church, at 3:00 P. M. in Leary, with Rev. John Mathis officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Grandsons served as pallbearers. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Alice Cloud, Leary; three sons, Irvin Cloud and William Cloud, both of Albany, and Herman Cloud, Colquitt; four daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Draper, Albany, Mrs. Florena Dunkle, Germany, Mrs. Ophelia Shaw, New York, and Mrs. Margrette Sheffield, Leary; 33 grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Zell Thomas, Albany. Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
