William Henry Gilbert

Mr. William Henry "Willie" Gilbert, 79, of Colquitt died at Miller Nursing 
Home on Jan. 1, 1994.

A native of Miller County, he was a retired mechanic.

Survivors are one son, Bill Gilbert of Keystone Heights, Fla.; one sister, 
Clyde DuBose of Albany; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Services were held Jan. 3 at Colquitt Funeral Home with the Rev. David Harper 
officiating.  Burial followed at Union Baptist Church Cemetery.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

*Note*  William Henry Gilbert was born 14 September 1914 in Miller Co., GA 
and died 01 January 1994, Miller Co., GA.  He is buried at Union Baptist 
Church Cemetery, Miller Co., GA. He was the son of Joseph Brown Gilbert and 
Martha Alice Loyless.  He married (1.) Bama Helms 27 March 1937 in Miller 
Co., GA Book G, Page 386.  He married (2) Bernice (date of marriage unknown).
