Mrs. Lane has lived a beautiful life doing good to all with whom she came in contact. She declined to think no evil nor even unkindly of anyone. The deceased leaves a devoted husband, a daughter Mrs. Ola Barnes and fours sons; Messrs, John T. Lane of Iron City, Wilt Lane of Arlington, Walter Lane of Brinson and Roscoe Lane who had never left his parental home. Mrs Lane was a daughter of the late John Fiveash and her death will be regretted by many besides her immediate family. Mrs. Lane was a faithful member of the Missionary Baptist Church and for years she lived the beautiful life of an exemplary Christian. The remains were interred Sunday in the presence of a large concourse of friends in the Durham cemetery. The Liberal extends it's sympathy to the bereaved family.
