WILL of ELIZABETH GRIMES BUSH

In the Name of God, Amen.

I Elizabeth G. Bush, Widow of J. S. Bush, a resident of Colquitt, Miller County, Georgia, being sound in mind
and prompted by a desire of disposing of my earthly effects after my death, Do make, Ordain and Declare
this My Last Will and testament, revoking all others heretofore made.

Item 1:  I give to the following children, to-wit:  Mrs. Lou B. Grow, W.J. Bush, Mrs. Tempie B. Wilkins; Mrs.
Elizabeth B. Butler, Mrs. Nellie B. Cook; Mrs. Calista B. McTyres, Mrs. Kathleen B. Miller, and Isaac Bush,  Jr.
each the ???? of One ($1.00) Dollar in full of all claims to my estate;  Any of said children who may
pre-decease me to be represented by their issue per stripe.

Item 2:  In recognition of her faithful and loyal service and attention to me, if she be living at the time of my
death, I give and bequeathe unto my faithful Daughter, Chloe Alice Bush, Absolutely all the rest and residue
pf ,u [rp[ertu rea; amd [erspma; amd wheresoever situated.

Item 3:  Should my Daughter, Chloe Alice Bush, not survive me, then I give and bequeathe all my estate,
save and accept that provided in Item One (1) above to my children, to-wit:  Mrs. Lou B. Grow;
Mrs. Tempie B. Wilkins; Mrs.Elizabeth B. Butler; Mrs. Nellie B. Cook; Mrs. Kathleen B. Miller;
Mrs. Calista B. McTyre; and Isaac Bush, Jr. share and share to each, the issue of anyone or more of said
children who may pre-decease me to represent the parent per stripe.

Item 4:  I nominate and appoint my Daughter, Chloe Alice Bush, Executrix; and Dr. L. E. McTyre, Executor
of this my Will.  I relieve them and each of them from making or filing any and all inventories, appraisements
or returns to any Court.

In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal at Colquitt, Miller County, Georgia
 this 23rd day of November, 1931.

Signed, Sealed, Published and Declared by Elizabeth G. Bush, as and for her Last Will and Testament, she
signing the same in our presence, we in her presence and in the presence of each other, and at her expressed
instance and request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses at Colquitt, Miller County, Georgia,
this 23rd day of November, 1931.

I, Chloe Alice Bush, do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last will of the within named,
Elizabeth G. Bush deceased, so far as I know and believe, and that I will ??? and truly execute the same in
Accordance with the laws of said State.  So help me God.  Sworn to and subscribed – Chloe Alice Bush
before me this August 1st, 1932
