Item 1. It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a Christian-like manner, the place and details of which I leave to my husband, C.E. Stinson. Item 2. Having already deeded to Jewel Bean and Eva Anderson, my two children by my first husband, all interest which I had in the real estate left by first husband, and having given to them their portion of all property inherited by me from the estate of my mother and father, it is my will and desire that all other property of which I may die seized and possessed of, including real estate, personal property and chases in action, shall, at the time of my death, be divided equally between my three children by my second husband, viz: James Smiley Stinson; Hattie Jane Stinson and Waiver Stinson, share and share alike, and should either of my said children die before the date of my death, leaving child or children, it is my will and desire that the interest of such child or children per stirps, but if such deceased child is survived by no child or children, then I will and desire that the interest of my deceased child or children shall be divided equally among the remaining surviving child or children of the three named above. Item 3. While I have omitted any legacy to my husband, E. E. Stinson, same has been done with his full knowledge, consent and advice. Item 4. I hereby make my husband, E.E. Stinson, executor of this my last will & testament, and I relieve him from making any inventory of my property or appraisement of same, or from giving any bond, and he is required only bythis will to probate the will, and he is further relieved from making any return of his acts and doings to any court whatever. This the 6th day of April, 1925.
