S. Bush of said County, being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all others that I have heretofore made. Item 1 It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a Christian like manner. Item 2 It is my will and desire that all of my just debts be paid as soon as practicable after my death. Item 3 I will to my beloved wife Bettie Bush my home place where I now reside comprising all of lots and parts of lot of land numbers 151 – 150 – 170 – 162 lying and being in the 13th Dist. Of Miller County. Including house furniture, kitchen furniture. Three mules wagon & c all that I know use on the farm one H??mobile all cows and calf Ten head of stock hogs this I will to my wife during her life and after her death what remains I will to be equally divided among mychildren share and share alike the land included in Item (3) that I will to my wife Bettie Bush comprises about 450 acres more or less. Item 4 I will that all the balance of my real estate be equally divided between my children share and share alike. Item 5 I will that all the money that I may possess at my death be equally divided among my children & wife share and share alike except I will that my daughter Chole be paid one Thousand Dollars extra for her service to me and her mother and Five hundred Dollars be paid my wife Bettie Bush extra. Item 6 I will that all the balance of my personal property be equally divided among my children share and share alike. Item 7 I do hereby make my Sons W J Bush and Isaac Bush Executors of this will and I relieve them from making any Inventory of my property or appraisment ? from giving Bond and they are required only by this will to probate the will and they are further relieved from making any return of their acts and doings to any Court whatever Two hundred dollars to be paid them for their service.
