except about 5 acres of lot No 494 lying north of Little' Ferry Road being in 
Forsyth County

J. Roach of the same place at the suit of
William J. Roach against Nora Howell the said Wyley C. Anderson, Sheriff did 
lately seize the lands herein described as property of Nora Howell and after 
notice served upon the tenants in possession, and being duly advertised in Free 
Press 
in town of Alpharetta, County of Milton
 highest bidder, William J. Roach $650.

Tracts or parcels of land situated lying and being in the 1st District and 1st 
Section of said County and State and known as Lot No 500 and and East halves of 
Lost Nos 494 and 495 except 5 acres off the North side of 494 which is owned by 
T.D.  Terry containing in all 75 acres.
