The Weekly Constitution, Atlanta, Ga. October 21, 1879
Executor's Sale.
By virtue of an order from the court of ordinary of Milton county, Georgia will 
be sold before the Court-house door at Alpharetta, in said county, ont he first 
Tuesday in November next, between the legal hours of sale, the following real 
estate to-wit:

Lots of land numbers 741, 745, 746, 747 containing 40 acres each, more or less, 
and the south half of 696, south half of 697, containing twenty acres each.  
Sold as the property of Wm. H. Perry, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs 
and creditors. Terms:  One-half cash, balance 12 months time, with interest at 
10 percent from day of sale.
