The Weekly Constitution, Atlanta, Ga. October 21, 1879
Milton County Sheriff's Sales for December -- Will be sold before the Court-
hosue door in the town of Alpharetta, Milton county, Georgia, on the first 
Tuesday in December next, between the legal hours of sale, the following 
property to-wit:

One half interest in six-horse Monitor Engine and fixtures and one Forty-Saw 
cotton gin and fixtures, one set of Gin Belting, one Smith's Cotton Press and 
fixtures, one Wheat Thresher or Seperator, one Reaper and fixtures, one Walter 
Atwood Mower, one Clod Crusher, one Seed Drill, one Forage Cutter, two Avery 
Cultivators and fixtures, two Avery two Horse Turners, two two-Horse Wagons and 
Harness, Plows, Plow Harness and farm implements of every character, one Hay 
Rake, one pair of Platform Trucks, one Ferry Boat, one Ferry chain and their 
fixtures, five Mules as follows viz: Alex, a bay horse mule, Ellen, Sis, Kit 
and Dick, all mare Mules, four Milch Cows, eight Yearlings Cattle, thirty head 
of stock Hogs, Household and Kitchen Furniture, and one Six Horse Power and 
fixtures, Levied on as the property of Henry C. Rogers to satisfy a Mortgage fi 
fa issued from Milton Superior Court in favor of B. J. Brown, Jackson Rogers 
and A. S. Bell vs. Henry C. Rogers.  Property pointed out by plaintiff this 
October the 2d, 1879.
