Brown of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and being desirous of settling my earthly affairs while I have strength to do it, do make and publish my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at anytime herefore made, and First, I commit my soul to God who gave it and my worldly estate I dispose of as follows: Item 1st. I devise and bequeath to my two daughters, to Mrs. Amanda Anderson and Samantha Nunnally to be free from the debts liabilities, and control of their present and future husband, lots of land as follows, to wit, lot s Nr. 256, 257 and 258 and 284, all in the 1st District and 1st Section of said county, except the mineral interest and mining privileges in said lots of land, which I hereby dispose in the second and next item of this will. Item 2 – I bequeath and devise, the entire mineral interest and mining privileges in and to the above mentioned lots of land to all my children and representatives of such of my children as may intermarry and leave children surviving them at the time of my death. Item 3 – I will and devise that lot of land number 216 in the first district and second section of Cobb county in said state be sold by my executor hereinafter named, for the purpose of raising money to defray the expenses of my funeral, doctor bills, and to pay such other just debts that I may be owing at the time of my death. Item 4th – I hereby appoint William Anderson my executor to carry out this my last will and testament. I leave my wife out and bequeath no property to her because she has sufficient property besides for her support and maintenance. In witness whereof I the said Jessee C.
