Georgia, Milton County} I Caroline P. Day of the state and county aforesaid being of sound and dispossing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. Item 1st. I give and bequeath and devise to my step-son Jackson b. Day the following property to wit: all that I own and possess free from all charge or limitation to his own proper use benefit and befoof. Item 2 I wish at my death to be buried in a good and Christianlike manner. Item 3 I hereby constitute and appoint my step-son Jackson B. Day Executor of this my last will and testament this the 7th December 1891. Caroline P. Day her mark Signed declared and published by Caroline P. Day as her last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator at her instance and request and of each other she signing in our presents and we signing in her presence.
