From Pelham, Ga. - Starting at the railroad tracks on Hand Ave., go west on Hand Ave (Ga. 65) for approximately .4 of a mile. Turn left onto Palmer St., then go approximately another .4 of a mile to the intersection of Palmer St., and Sapp Ave. Turn right on Sapp Ave., then go approximately 12.2 miles (Sapp Ave., becomes Mt. Olive Rd. at the city limits of Pelham). There will be a small driveway (two tire ruts) going into a field on the left hand side of Mt. Olive Rd., turn onto this drive and go approximately .1 of a mile. Look to your right and you will see some small trees and tall bushes with a wrought iron fence around it. This is the cemetery. It is not kept up at all. From Camilla, Ga. - take Ga. 112 toward Cairo (south) for approximately 7.1 miles to the intersection of Mt. Olive Rd., and Ga. 112. Turn right onto Mt. Olive Rd. Go approximately 6.9 miles and you will see a small road (two tire ruts) on the left-hand side of Mt. Olive Rd. Turn onto this road and go for approximately .1 of mile. Look to your right and you will see some small trees and tall bushes surrounded by a wrought iron fence. This is the cemetery. James L. Piland, Jr., did this survey on 3 November 2001.
