Jones as written in "The Camilla Enterprise" dated 28 Jul 1922. Judge Minor S. Jones, a brother of Mrs. George C. Cochran of Camilla, died at his home in Titusville, Fla., early last Thursday, 20 Jul 1922, morning at the age of seventy- three. Mrs. Cochran, accompanied by her daughter, Mrs. W. F. Cullens, left immediately after receipt of the message for Titusville to attend the funeral. Judge Jones was for a number of years judge of the superior court of the Southern Circuit of Florida and was one of the most highly esteemed and influential men in his part of the state. He has been a visitor in Camilla on several occasions and many friends here in addition to the large family connection were saddened by the news of his death. Judge Jones is survived by his wife and three sons, Messrs. John Jones of St. Lucy, Fla., Minor S. Jones Jr. and Wade Jones of Titusville, and one daughter, Mrs. W. C, Jones of Macon, Ga..
