Obituary of Clifford Orlando Luckey 
as written in "The Fort Myers News-Press" dated 2 Apr 1939.  


Fort Myers, Florida.  FORT MYERS NEWS-PRESS, April 2, 1939
Clifford O. Lucky, 62-year-old pioneer citizen of Alva, died yesterday at his farm place 
as the result of a heart attack.  Mr. Lucky was a Spanish War veteran and had spent 
practically all of his life in Lee county.  Mr. Lucky is survived by his wife, Mrs. Susie 
Lucky, three daughters, Mrs. Cassie Tipton of Large, Eloise Smith of Fort Lauderdale 
and Irene Lucky of Devils Garden, and two sons, Jesse, of Fort Myers, and Oby of Alva.  
Funeral arrangements will be made by Spooner & Engelhardt.
