Mr. Henry Milton Yates, age 79, died at his home near Brinson Thursday afternoon, 12 Jan 1933.  He is 
survived by three daughters,  Mrs. Mildred Yates, Mrs. Ruth Shirah and Mrs. Leonard 
Kindrick of Tallahassee, Fla., three sons, Mr. W. D. Yates, Mr. H. H. Yates and Mr. 
Hardy Yates, one sister, Mrs. S. Funderburke and one brother, Mr. J. T. Yates.  Funeral 
services were held at 2:30 PM Friday, 13 Jan 1933, afternoon at Bethany Church with the 
Rev R. E. Zachert officiating. Interment was in Bethany Cemetery.  Those serving as 
pallbearers were: W. M. Rich, Cliff Sims, Ralph Rich, Lee Thomas, C. P. Eagerton and 
C. D. Durham.  E. W. Cox Funeral Home was in charge.
