Services for Mrs. Mattie C. Daniell, 70, who died Thursday, at her home, 425 Fletcher St., will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Thomasville Primitive Baptist Church, of which she was a member. Elders Bob Dickerson and Herbert I. Sims will officiate. Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery. Grandsons will be pallbearers. Mrs. Daniell, a native of Mitchell County, had lived in Thomas County since 1909. She was the widow of Joseph Lee Daniell. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. H. G. Arnold, Jonesboro, and Mrs. Oscar McCray; four sons, Charles L. Daniell, Jacksonville, Fla.; Lee Reid Daniell, Waycross; Lowell Thomas Daniell, Macon; and Joseph Lamar Daniell, Thomasville; 3 sisters, Mrs. Ruby Wilson, Macon; Mrs. Mamie Megahee, Quitman; and Mrs. Ludie Daniell, Port St. Joe., Fla.; 3 brothers, Johnny S. and Jessie C. Shiver, both of Camilla; and Perry L. Shiver, Pelham; and 24 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
