Camilla, Georgia. Mrs. Irene Ivey Hays, age 75, of West Palm Beach, Fla., passed away on Saturday, November 1, 1975 in West Palm Beach. Mrs. Hays was born June 20, 1900 in Cuthbert, Ga., and had lived in West Palm Beach for fifty years. She was a retired school teacher and a member of the First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach. Funeral services were held yesterday, Tuesday, November 4, 1975 at three o'clock P. M. at the Hopeful Baptist Church with the Rev Melvin York officiating. Interment was in the Hopeful Cemetery. Mack Hays, Dan Hays, Ted Hays, Hugh Hays, Bill Kimmel and Howard Davis served as pallbearers. Survivors are her husband, Carlton E. Hays of West Palm Beach; one daughter, Mrs. Emil Kimmel of Maimi; and three grandchildren. Parker Bramlett Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
