Adams as written in "The Camilla Enterprise" dated 28 Feb 1975. Camilla, Georgia. Funeral services for Mr. J. F. Adams, 65 years of age, of Rt. 3 Pelham, Georgia who died early Monday, 24 Feb 1975, morning in Thomasville will be conducted today (Wednesday) 26 Feb 1975 at 3:00 P. M. form the Mispah Baptist Church. The Rev. Edgar Lowe and Rev. Howard Kelly will officiate with the interment in the church cemetery. Mr. Adams was born October 22, 1909 in Mitchell County, Ga. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Mitch Adams and the late Alice Layton Adams. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Missie Miller Adams of Pelham, one daughter, Mrs. W. H. Snipes of New Port Richie, Florida; two brothers, Roy Adams of Whigham and Alfred Adams of Pelham; one sister Mrs. E. O. Palmer of Valdosta and three grandchildren. Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements.
